Keiki Reading Nest Terms & Conditions

Release of Liability: 

I certify that I am the parent or authorized legal guardian of the child(ren) named above and in such capacity have the right to agree to the following.  My child and participating caregiver(s) are in good health and capable of participating in the program.  I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known and unknown, which my child might incur as a result of participating in the program. 

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the programs of Keiki Reading Nest.  I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the instructor, the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that my child may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held by Keiki Reading Nest. 

Caregiver Expectations: 

I agree to stay with my child throughout the duration of the program.  I understand that in order to get the most from the program, caregiver participation is mandatory.  

Photo/Media Release: 

I hereby understand that Keiki Reading Nest from time to time may use photograph, video, or otherwise record classes or events occurring during schedule programs and place such photographs and videos on its Website or social media platforms.  I hereby consent to the use of my images that may appear in any such photographs or videos.  If I would not like these photos to be posted or used for any promotion, please advise Keiki Reading Nest in advance. 

Dismissal from Keiki Reading Nest Programs: 

I acknowledge and agree that Keiki Reading Nest may have to dismiss the child named above due to behavioral or other problems that preclude such child(ren) from safely participating in programs.  I acknowledge and agree that I will not be entitled to a refund if such a circumstance arises. 

Refunds:

Please send us an email at info@keikireadingnest.com no later than 7 days before the first class if you want a refund on the full series. Refunds, prorated pricing, and makeup classes will not be available once classes start. Mahalo for your understanding.
